Advisory Role

- The ability to do the job well, hopefully as well as anyone in the industry due to our
experience, industry knowledge, and highly exercised start-up savvy.
- Time to look for just the right candidate to fill the position permanently. Sometimes there aren't
any or many good candidates out there. Sometimes there are, but the company needs to "get legs"
before such candidates are interested. In any case, a premature or bad hire in a key position can
severely handicap a start-up. We help avoid that.
- Help in identifying and recruiting such a candidate, and support in ensuring that the transition goes
smoothly as that person comes on board.
